03PAYROLL & COMPENSATION

Free up time and resources — Peeple administers the complete payroll and compensation cycle, wading through the legalities and complexities on your behalf. You decide the extent of our responsibilities across the payments run:

  • Collating and updating employee data and employment conditions.
  • Completing FS4s and forwarding to the Tax Department.
  • Handling employment and termination registrations.
  • Handling work-permit applications and renewals.
  • Registering employees and calculating leave, COLA and other entitlements.
  • Processing regular payroll runs, including extra hours, bonuses, fringe benefits and allowances.
  • Providing FS5s per payroll run.
  • Providing the payroll bank file or details for employee payments.
  • Issuing payslips via the employee portal or email.
  • Administering leave and sick-leave records.
  • Administering and paying employee compensation per wage packages.
  • Providing payroll-analysis reports per run, as agreed.
  • Performing year-end: finalising FS7 and issuing FS3s.
  • Guiding the business on new or updated legal requirements.
  • Liaising with employees on payroll queries and maintaining employee files.

05WORK PERMITS

We make work-permit applications and renewals efficient, so your team is complete in the shortest time possible. Found the perfect fit who needs a permit? We follow the application through from start to end — whether they're abroad or already in Malta:

  • Ensuring the right documents are completed by both employer and employee.
  • Collating certifications, medical results, lease and housing approvals and contracts.
  • Submitting applications to IDCU and ID Malta.
  • Liaising with employer and employee for any updates required.
  • Guiding candidates abroad through the visa and entry process once approved.
