Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications, ensuring excellent performance, security, and user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.

* Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

* Optimise websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

* Integrate third-party services, APIs, and content management systems where required.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and implement fixes and enhancements.

* Perform testing and quality assurance before deployment.

* Keep up to date with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in web development.

* Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

* Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

* Experience working with CMS platforms and integrating APIs is an advantage.

* Understanding of web security, performance optimisation, and accessibility standards.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

## Desirable Skills

* Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

* Knowledge of Node.js or other back-end technologies.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, and deployment workflows.

* Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
