We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support compliance and customer due diligence operations, including documentation management and client communication.
Customer Due Diligence (Initial):
- Proactively assisting and supporting the Compliance Administrator to ensure documentation is received from the client before onboarding.
- Managing documentation collection and filing in physical and online systems.
- Creating client profiles in screening platforms.
- Client communication regarding documentation.
Ongoing Review:
- Supporting timely receipt of updated documentation.
- Reviewing documentation for completeness.
- Maintaining updated client profiles and records.
- Continuous client communication.
Requirements, Skills & Education:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience (corporate service provider/audit firm preferred).
- Understanding of AML/compliance principles.
- Analytical and planning abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and team collaboration.
- Effective communicator, both spoken and written.
- Independent worker with initiative.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
